Launched by the design house of Tiziana Terenzi in the year 2015, Ursa is an oriental spicy fragrance. According to legend, Ursa was once the beautiful maiden Callisto, whom the god Zeus had an affair with. In order to protect her and their son, Arcas, from his jealous wife Hera, Zeus turned Callisto and Arcas into bears. He then picked up the bears by their short stubby tails and threw them into the sky.
As for the fragrance, it is amongst the best interpretations of patchouli in modern perfumery.A scent of smooth tones and high complexity.Featuring a photorealistic wet tobacco drenched in the rich essence of fine spirits, so avant-garde smelling with a wild spirit that would surely grab everyones attention.Another aspect to appreciate about Ursa isthe incorporation of oud into the heart, and how well blended it is with the wet tobacco and booze, revealing a subtle animalic flare that is beautifully contrasted by semisweet fruity tones of the dry spicy variety as the earthy shadows of patchouli outline the wild ride.
Ursa is undoubtedly a magical scent with the exhilaration, strength and charisma of a surreal animal, a futuristic spiral.
