Velvet Orchid lives in Black Orchid’s world of glamorous mystique, while exuding its own ultra-feminine essence. Lavished with shimmering freshness, honey, rum and a dramatic floral veil, a new character emerges: one that pulls, rather than pushes; elegantly refined and polished.

The fragrance opens itself with bergamot, mandarin, Succan absolute (purified rum extract) and honey. At the core of this creation (made of "corporeal floral notes.") is Tom Ford's distinctive, “timeless” signature - an imaginary accord of black orchid blended with notes of velvet orchid, which gives the perfume its name, with intense Turkish rose oil and jasmine and a new accord of purple orchid that grows in the wilds of southern Brazilian coast. There are also additional floral notes of orange blossom, rose absolute, narcissus, hyacinth and heliotrope. The base is warm due to the rich flavors of Peru balsam, myrrh, labdanum, sandalwood, suede and vanilla.

4. Extremely high-quality pressurised sprayer with a sprayer rating of 0.13cc. This kind of a sprayer is only available on very high-end retail store fragrance bottles from some brands. This sprayer gives you control in terms of the liquid you can dispense using a strong push or a light push. The spray mist is powerful but extremely fine.
