Fili opens with an ebullient citrus driven fruit bouquet, where the effervescence of Sicilian grapefruit and Calabrian bergamot is attenuated by an underlying bed of mellow Provence blackcurrant. This fresh, silvery top melds into a deeply intense and complex middle, with notes of Nepalese cardamom paired with Sri Lankan cinnamon. The bold, decisive and precious spice notes are blended in a truly innovative harmony with Tuscan leather and highly prized Indian cypriol. The entire opus is sustained by a strong, potent base with extraordinary persistence, where prevailing notes of Indian red sandalwood and Cuban cedar are complemented by birch wood from Romagna and Tuscan oakmoss blended artfully with the bewitching and aphrodisiac action of extraordinarily rare Malaysian purple patchouli and legendary ambergris.
